Joe DeCelle, born in Summit County Ohio, resides in Arizona and is a proud father who, as the vocalist for Noyze, excels in pure undeniable talent.

Joe's vast experience, not only as a vocalist who has performed for large audiences across the nation, but as a musician, sound technician and frontman for several noteworthy bands to include "Strangeland" and "Freebird", the Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band makes Joe an astounding addition to the flavor of Noyze.
